1. Standard warranty: 24 months from the completion of equipment installation
2. Extended warranty service: An additional option to purchase an extended warranty of up to 5 years is available. For details, please consult the sales specialist
TWO: Scope of warranty coverage
1. Under normal use in accordance with the specifications in the instruction manual, if the product malfunctions due to manufacturing defects from the original factory, free repair or replacement services will be provided
2. To apply for warranty service, you must present this warranty card and the proof of purchase. Both are required
THREE: Situations not covered by warranty
1. Damage caused by improper operation, accidental bumping, or unauthorized modification of equipment
2. Consumables and supporting accessories are not covered by the warranty (wireless charger, Type-C data cable, etc.)
3. Faults and damages caused by equipment installation by unauthorized personnel
